以下は、バヌヌさんの自由を求める手紙の例文です。参考になさって下さい。

航空ハガキ（70円）か航空書簡（90円）を郵便局で購入され使用されると便利です。
定型封筒で送られる場合は25グラムまでは110円の切手でOKです。A4の紙1枚なら問題ありません。
宛先は下記の通りです。
首相宛に書く場合は、書き出しがDear Minister ではなく、Dear Prime Minister となります。
日付については例えば、2015年2月1日ならば、February 1, 2015でも01/02/2015でも結構です。

Dear Minister,

I would like to express my deep concern over the treatment against Mordechai Vanunu.  Israeli authorities have been imposing the restrictions on him even after his release on the 21^st of April in 2004. He has endured 18 years’ imprisonment, including almost 12 years’ solitary confinement.

I am concerned about the military order that imposes arbitrary restrictions upon him which are contrary to international law, particularly the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights, which Israel ratified. The article 12 says that: "everyone lawfully within the territory of a State shall, within that territory, have the right to liberty of movement and freedom to choose his residence" and that "everyone shall be free to leave any country, including his own". The rights to freedom of expression and association are guaranteed by Articles 19 and 21 of the same Covenant.

I respetfully urge you to lift the restrictions imposed on Mordechai Vanunu, and to allow him to leave the country if he wishes.

　モルデハイ・バヌヌに対する処遇について私の深い懸念を表明したく存じます。イスラエル当局は2004年4月21日の釈放後でさえも制限を彼に加えています。彼は12年近くの独房生活を含む18年間の投獄を耐えてきました。

　国際法、特にイスラエルが批准している市民的および政治的権利に関する国際規約に反して彼に恣意的な制限を科している軍命令を私は憂慮しております。その第12条は、次のように記しています。「合法的にいずれかの国の領域内にいるすべての者は、当該領域内において、移動の自由および居住の自由について権利を有する」「すべての者は、いずれの国（自国を含む）からも自由に離れることができる」 表現の自由および結社の自由は、同規約の19条と21条で保障されています。

　モルデハイ・バヌヌに科せられた制限を解除し、本人が望むなら国を発つことができるようにして下さい。
